Purpose & Mechanism
This combination syrup offers multi-symptom relief for colds:

Chlorpheniramine relieves sneezing, itchy/watery nose, and allergic responses.

Ephedrine reduces nasal swelling and congestion.

Guaifenesin loosens mucus in the airways to make coughing more effective.

Menthol provides a soothing, cooling sensation that comforts throat irritation.

Dosage & Administration
Adults (≥12 years):

10 ml every 6–8 hours, not exceeding 40 ml in 24 hours
Children (6–12 years): -
5 ml every 6–8 hours, not exceeding 20 ml in 24 hours
