Candid-TV Suspension is a prescription-strength antifungal topical preparation produced by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. It combines two active ingredients to fight fungal infections effectively: Clotrimazole (antifungal) and Selenium Sulfide (anti-infective and anti-dandruff agent).

How to Use

Shake well before use.

For dandruff: Wash hair, apply to the scalp to produce lather, leave for ~5 minutes, rinse, repeat, then rinse thoroughly.

Frequency: Initially twice weekly or as directed.

For other fungal infections: Apply to affected skin areas and leave as prescribed.
Cautions & Precautions

Use topically only. Avoid eyes, nose, mouth, or genital areas. Rinse thoroughly if accidentally introduced.

Do not apply on inflamed, broken, or recently chemically treated skin (e.g., dyed or permed) — wait at least 48 hours.

May cause scalp or skin irritation, redness, hair discoloration, or rash. Rare cases of contact sensitization reported.

Not advised for children under 2 years, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers without medical supervision.
