Each 1 ml contains 48 mg of paracetamol.

Weight-based dosing of 10–15 mg per kg is also accepted, with a maximum of 60 mg/kg per 24 hours.
Safety & Precautions

Always shake the bottle before measuring the dose using the provided cup.

Can be mixed with water or juice if preferred.

Do not exceed 4 doses within 24 hours and do not use for more than 48–72 hours without medical advice.

Contains sorbitol (a sugar alcohol) which may have a laxative effect—beware of loose stools in sensitive children.
